Job Description
We are seeking an Account & Project Manager to deliver stellar experiences to our clients, manage stakeholder relationships, and effectively oversee our internal team's workload and deadlines. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders while managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
Employment Type: Part-time employee (3-month probationary period)
Salary:
Monthly income: 150,000 - 200,000 JPY (based on experience and skills, for 80 hours per month)
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients (media and brand teams) and related agencies
- Collecting visual assets and managing delivery schedules
- Overseeing approval processes, gathering client feedback, and managing project progress
- Facilitating internal team communications and appropriate task allocation
- Ensuring project deadlines and client expectations are consistently met
- Maintaining high client satisfaction levels and fostering long-term relationships
- Contributing to strategic planning and establishing account and project management processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of combined account and project management experience in a creative or design agency
- Japanese language ability (business level; at least N1)
- English language ability (business level)
- Project management certification preferred
- Familiarity with IT industry and design services

- Resides in Japan and able to work during Japanese business hours
- Fluent in Japanese and English (business level in both languages required)

- Proficiency in using project management and client relationship management tools
